Confidentiality
Apart from the staff at the Practice, who sign a confidentiality clause, the only people with access, without your written consent, to personal information held at the surgery are medical professionals. You would normally be informed beforehand e.g. referrals to a Consultant.

Complaints Procedure
We do are best to ensure that no-one needs to complain. However if you feel you have not been treated fairly then we want to know so that we can try to sort out the problem. Any of the staff would be happy for you to speak to them directly about a problem you have but if you do not feel able to do that then there is a more formal precedure to follow.
It is your right to complain if you feel you need to and we have a clear complaints procedure to enable you to do that. You will be treated politely and fairly and your medical care will not be affected because of your complaint. The full details of our complaints procedure can be found here. Comments and Suggestions
If there is something we do well that you would like to see continue or if there is something you think we could improve then we would love to hear from you. You can email the practice manager with these.
